We may never know what happened.
As long as I have a cusip # in my account I have a
vested interest towards a return of my investment.

What was the extent of the inside info that Ron Z gave KM?

We have to assume WD was exposed to info at some point.
Which side did he fall on ES, RZ, or KM's?

Shares worth 1/2 mil but sold for <$2000? That stinks.

Complete shutdown for 66 mil in shares?
IMO the lawsuits came after the motivations.
There is something bigger to this. Both sides seem willing to
allow shareholders to loose everything.

Nobody has a clue. ES running a company involving banking/ processing with his record?

Everything gets resolved in the end. Give and a little take. Company will be back in one form or another and big plans are in mind. Once all the dust settles all will be better than before as a reset was needed. Stay tuned...
