This SCAM is so bad, and much worse. I’ll still say, I feel really bad for Catherine Chis, receiving only $400,000 for her husband’s lifetime accomplishment, and gets scammed with a bunch of worthless shares. I notice in the SPA, they identified the quantity of shares, but neglected to establish a price per share for which to base that quantity. Maybe she can sue her lawyer for E&O coverage.

PCTI is a dying, almost dead company. So many key employees gone. Very very little government contracts. Payrolls and overhead has to be killing them. CONway paying himself $120,000/yr now which is really about 150-160k once everything else is paid.
