Only been 5 hours or so since new CEO was announced. I sent an email this morning and will post as soon as I get a reply. I'm certain that one of Ben's requirements of the incoming company would be becoming current. imo

Soon as the merger is announced and they put the new officers in place on the OTC I am sure they will have their attorney put out the Attorney letter as well as get the financials all caught up...

The company coming in will most likely want this on the OTCQB at the bare minimum...
