It’s working, assuming that’s the game. If these so called MMs can so easily manipulate the price and volume and “accumulate shares” why is there always a cap put on it, then a walk down? If they accumulated shares why wouldn’t they want them to go higher? Let it go to .45 and walk it down to .30. Then let it go to .50 and walk it down to .40. Etc.
