I hope Melissa and company know about the FTFP frequent tardy filer program> OTC stocks and companies that have failed to file timely reports three or more times in a two-year period cannot be quoted by FINRA-member broker-dealers. So while press releases might catch the company trouble,so do late filings MELISSA!!

FYI.. earlier today I sent an email and got a response from Melissa about the next 10-Q filing due Mid August...Hopefully they can stay current.

Thank you for your involvement with ABMC.

We are working diligently on the 10-Q with our auditors. We began immediately after filing the 3-31-20 Form 10-Q. Under normal circumstances, the Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2020 would be due by August 14, 2020 or by August 21, 2020 if using the five day extension afforded by the SEC. ABMC is a smaller reporting company that has been impacted by current global conditions. This has put additional strain on the already limited resources of most small public companies. We will make every effort possible to file on time. We have a long track record of compliance and we are doing everything possible to get back in/stay in compliance with our periodic reports.
