a PO Box for federal taxes - POS USPS is hopeless cannot even deliver a priority mail item in California

Folks locally told me...

most everybody took 12 weeks 60% pay and are sitting at home...

as to why on my second visit to the local post office on week two

by the time i get my tax refund check the USD will be worthless...
