If you think that because a stock is Pink that the CEO and management have no accountability or oversight than you are an idiot. Regardless of how or where a securities instrument is listed, reported or sold there are laws and regs in place for all types of business. If JF is himself a paid consultant for GZFX business while also collecting salary as CEO for GZFX and siphoning off and/or converting corporate property to personal use his fat ass is guilty of several types of fraud. Even with Nevada's lax laws of incorporation outright theft is still prosecutable.
Agent: You complain when people say they've been screwed by this company, they should just take their gambling losses and shut up. I agree except when the game is rigged and you have been swindled. No different than someone kicking in my front door and stealing my plasma tv!!!
