That is nonsense.

It has been almost a year since ARYC filed the Form 15 and NOT ONE financial has been filed.

They filed a Form 15 to go dark. Plain and simple.

Lol. Mark and his posse committed crimes against the medical system and against investors with misleading information to hike the pps so they could dump it. Form 15 means squat. Mark would have filed the 2 years long ago but if he were to do that, it would expose everything. Don't worry the SEC or DOJ will get those financials. Form 15 isn't stopping shit.
