CYDY as and OTC pre revenue bio tech, with no approved drug, is at the mercy of the financial markets. As long as the lender is not a terrorist organization or an illegal foreign actor who cares? The terms are the terms and represent the type of funding available under the circumstances. Oh and the prior loan was satisfied by CYDY.
