They have to be sold on the open market. This essentially means nothing! Insiders are allowed to profit the same as anyone of the rest of us as long as the proper channels and sec rules are followed as to not suggest illegal insider trading. As much as I have a general lack of faith in the management of this company trying to draw the conclusion that this means something negative is on the horizon is absurd.
