I could be wrong but lease abatement were $3 mill and recovery was $2.5 mill.

Isn’t there about 21 mill shares OS? And $5.5 mill gains from both items together, Wouldn’t that equal about 25 cents (real rough estimate in head) one time gains not 13 cents? I may have it wrong.
