SS could have convinced the trustees-lawyers to ungagg the TA but hasn't so far convinced the SAME trustee-lawyers to release PR's or A/F's or the secret of the magic room or how to be thin in 10 short weeks or the date of the second coming.

That these conversations are even taking place is the BIG indicator that things are really, really, really not right with this company; however, many of us got in deep $$$ before we realized that and here we are.

The point is, IF they can fly in shareholders to show them the PRs/deals, then they are ALREADY trumping the lawyers. IMO, they should be told "NO!" to these shifty tactics. You don't show someone privately, then have them report it to hundreds of other shareholders.

Why, you ask? Because IF if ends up being untrue, then the company has no accountability/culpability, and you just fell for one of the oldest pump tricks in the book. It's high time the riddles and BS STOPPED. The answers about "lawyers", etc, need to be questioned and rebutted.
