I recall, ticker change means transfer agent must account for all shares under the new ticker - any fails to deliver as I posted yesterday was the case at the SEC site for RSSV, would mean massive covering of naked shorts and plain vanilla shorts. I think this is part of the rocket fuel we are seeing, and why we should get back over $1 in short order.
