Post of the day. This whole thing smells really, really bad now IMO. Smells like a waste transfer station.
First, if they give Airys and HOG insider info, then it MUST all be put out publically also for all to see, otherwise it is illegal. Plus the lawyers would be ripping mad...DUH.
Second, if they go against the lawyers, then they are essentially spitting into the wind, bucking the tide against those who are trying to help them. Doesn't make sense at all--dumbazzes.
Third, others are correct, simply fire the lawyers if you cannot work with them, and hire some with who you can. If they are also the "trustees", then tell the trustees to go pound sand too---there are ALOT of pissed people who are going to seek justice VERY soon if this doesn't get straightened out QUICKLY. Trustees can make money, but the shareholders MUST be allowed to make some also. Doesn't matter how much stolen money you have tucked away, it doesn't do one much good if not around to enjoy it for many years--if at all.
Personally I think they are playing everyone (again?) with this AirHOG thing too. No reputable company would do that, think about it. They would hire a reputable IR firm that offered a confidentiality clause in the contract, that way they could control them. Of course, it WOULD be a contracted company too, not the two or three amigos from a messageboard, LOL--(no offense to them, they are doing a good job but are getting setup, IMO) Please, WAKE UP. This whole thing is so bush league it wreaks. Airys and HOG are going to get porked on this one by being the middlemen too IMO, which will once again take focus off of the true conmen---another smoke and mirrors diversionary tactic....
I am continuing on with my investigations, and when and if the time comes to serve or arrest people, those involved will certainly be the first to know. I would suggest to all that have lost big to hire counsel immediately, either individual or Class action group, and go that route if you want to see this bunch of wannabee conmen clowns get their due, which may help stop this nonsense thruout the markets in the future. If you simply want to get some money back, wait for the next run up---it will come IF the ongoing investigations don't catch up to them first, or the SEC doesn't shut them down.(another large possibility)Just don't be greedy or you will be no better off than you are now. I'm in the same boat and still holding to get back into "palatable numbers", but like everyone else, I'm pizzed too that I've been had.
If you don't want to go either of those routes and prefer swifter justice, hire snips-- I heard he works cheap, lol. (JK) JMHO GLTA
