It will help the stock to have such a tiny float with our drug that is far bigger than Chantix. Plus there would be a major MOASS ahead. Some of my largest stock gains happened in stocks after a RS. They voted for it 2 months back because of the stock price and Nasdaq rules for the PPS etc.
