Yes, i know i am in the minority. The CEO can at least give updates on the progress of the audit. Of course to get around that a standard statement is it is out of our control. Audited statements IMO is top priority, if they want to up-list, but doesn't hurt for the CEO to let shareholders what is happening currently.
