Right! Not like this was EMAs first rodeo. They know what they are doing while LYIN' Greg seems to have sold Vystar's soul to the Devil and possibly didn't understand what he was agreeing to.

Vystar shouldn't be saddled with the Eric Maas case fees as that seems to have been a screw up just with LYIN' Greg and his companies.
But that EMA case gonna be 'spensive! Papa Steve ain't gonna like signing that check.
Vystar was just trying to pay it off in full before the due date including the PRE-PAYMENT PENNALTY FEE! EMA took full advantage of the situation by holding and hiding the payoff check! They even admitted most of that later. I remember everything from back from those days!
