I care and so do most shareholders who go back about 19 months when the suit was announced. It cost shareholders over 1.5 cents in the decline of the share price of the stock at the opening that day!
This whole case was about FRAUD. It was completely unnecessary and totally avoidable!
As always now and in the future the company will seek justice for any and all obvious wrong doings!
