OK this is what I found from the different filings:

Now fudge a share "burn rate" on this info for the next few month
I come up with a worst case scenario of 1B OS on 10B AS.
It's simply an educated guess using the historical burn rate of the amount of shares distributed.
I could have gone worse because it will be a while before we reach 25M in revenues so that could easily go up to 2.5B shares. The AS raised to 10B was not by accident since they were already at 5B
But who cares if you are going to make 5-12 times your money anyway!
