Well the key step is new annual officers being recorded and NV state complete. NOW they need OTC final approval on their submissions (past financials which will be nothing but skeleton) so they can upload everything and new corporate profile etc
THEN assume they will do acquisitions previously mentioned in releases plus others and will be with restricted preferred shares...so don't see the 153 m float moving for a long time :-) IMO
GONNA take more time for this to get going but getting darn close and new announcements should gain a lot of interest here, especially in health care industry
