You are thinking about money as far as cash. Think about this way in a form of a judgment. GDSI can attach to anything that is within the jurisdiction of US courts. That is precisely why BSF and Parabellum even took this case. If Rontan did no business in the US, they would have never taken the case.'

So for example, let's just say Rontan buys vehicles from GM. Let's also say for example they send a check to GM for 1,000,000 for 40 vehicles. GDSI then can serve a restraining order (COURT ORDER) on GM to not deliver the vehicles and to instead deliver the vehicles to GDSI to pay down the judgment. GDSI then sells the vehicles at auction to pay down the judgment. In essence, they choke Rontan's ability to do business unless Rontan either pays the judgment or settles.

I don’t think it’s a money flow issue...GM, and the other US companies Rontan does business with, would just get notice to cease transactions with Rontan until ownership is transferred to GDSI. Also, Rontan’s owners have deep pockets and probably a lot of investments/assets in the US that could be frozen...I am sure BSF and the litigation financiers have done their homework.
