Patent news coming within a couple weeks>Novan received an Issue Notification from the USPTO on 7/22 indicating that US Patent No. 10,736,839 will issue on 8/11.
Patent directed to "A method of treating and/or preventing a viral infection in a subject" using Novan's nitric oxide-releasing compounds.
