You are going to be surprised when court orders go out to companies like GM that GDSI now owns Rontan and all business now runs through GDSI. I believe your theory regarding Brazil will be proven to be futile and the Bolzans will appear cane in hand to ask how they can settle the matter because 88% of their entire business is with companies that are subject to the jurisdiction of the US courts.

You seem to be confusing the award of “Incidental Damages” with the already entered judgement for “Specific performance” two different issues.

Default Judgement already carries the award of Specific Performance ( the conveyance of ownership via share exchange as per the SPA).

Incidental Damages for the unpaid tax liability is a separate issue. ($292m )
