table 2 in the remdesivir study https://www.nejm.org/doi/pdf/10.1056/NEJMoa2007764 shows that you need a 5% or more increase in the proportion of patients at day14 score compared to placebo to reach significance, so probably not a big deal for LL based on eIND data. the M/M is a proof of concept study so it appears the secondary outcomes like recovery rate, time to discharge etc are potentially more important and where LL needs to show significant benefit. anyways, hoping for some good news this week or next.
