Legally speaking we have till September 24 to file the annual report but I wanted to do it before the end of July except I have a transaction pending which would need to be reflected in the filing.
Right now I'm looking at August 3rd as a filing date.

So we are waiting to see if Gerard Dab has another surprise for our shareholder.
