16 took place on June 10, 2020. On June 15, 2020, the Federal Circuit affirmed the Board’s reversal
17 of the Examiner’s rejection of various claims as obvious by the prior art. The Federal Circuit’s
18 mandate issued on July 22, 2020. The Reexamination Certification for the ’912 patent has not yet
19 been issued, which once published will complete the reexamination process.
20 IV. CONCLUSION
21 Counsel for Plaintiff and Defendant conferred regarding this Joint Status Report on July 22-
22 24, 2020, and have reviewed and agree to this Joint Status Report.
