That sounds like pre-settlement posturing by MRNA. If ABUS' '069' patent truly had no relevance whatsoever to what MRNA is currently doing, why did MRNA continue to pursue the IPR againt this patent at the USPTO? And why didn't MRNA issue a PR about this matter yesterday?
