idd - Surprised that only 1 point on the scale difference yields a 95% significance level. In any event, my guess is that from a day 0 score for all 84 patients of a 7, the placebo group's average will likely be an 8 or 9 while the Leron group's will be a 2 or 3.
Now when LL arm is set to 1.5 score points better than placebo the p-value gets dramatically smaller <<<<0.001. Imho this is just a waiting game from here.
