With what are they making these bikes? They have one part time employee with no technical skills (who doesn’t even list CEO of ALYI on his LinkedIn page - only his consulting gig at MÉTIS), no technical consultants - just a lawyer and a fundraiser (shows you what they care about), no technology, no cash (plenty of liabilities though). Even if they raise cash what advantage do they possibly have over anyone else (or over me) in building and marketing an electric motorcycle? None. Just like ANCE had no advantage in building a condom factory when the ANCE CEO and now ALYI CEO Randy Torno lied and said he had multimillion dollar contracts in Kenyan then walked away and let ANCE go silent. What are they good at other than massive stock dilution (I would say PRs but they are sloppy and filled with easily refutable claims)?
