I don't think we see a true upward share price push until the details of the acquisition and the financing method are made public. What we are seeing is a downward movement on the assumption of those with a short position that this is being financed by share dilution. I have my own thoughts on how the debt payoff and and this acquisition are being financed, but we will see I guess.
