Those are not ALYI patents and they no longer have the licenses.
Google the patent numbers and you will see ALYI owns none of them. ALYI licensed them from Air Products years ago and then had to drop the license (a waste of money as they never sold anything associated with the patents when they had the licenses) in 2018. This is clear on the ALYI balance sheet when patent assets went from $1.2MM to 0. Just google the patent numbers. Outdated sloppy filing that still has Randy “expecting” his PhD in 2017. More ALYI BS as usual.
They don’t license them either. They have no intellectual property and no scientists. Randy is the only employee, his degrees are in journalism (good for writing PRs!) and public policy with careers in Hollywood (good for writing PRs), the military and consulting - also he is part time. They also have a fundraising consultant and a legal consultant. Shows where their priorities are. They let the patent licenses lapse in 2018 rather than pay the $200,000 annual fee. They even PRd this in 2018 and it’s in one of my posts. When they licensed them they were on the balance sheet as a $1.2MM with a liability for the remaining $800,000 in annual licensing fees to be paid. After their announcement this went to 0 on the balance sheet showing no patents owned nor licensed. That disclosure you are citing has many things never updated (just like they never update the value of Ven on the actual financials which is impossible for a floating currency) like it still saying Randy “expects” to get his PhD in 2017. Anyone can actually verify this by calling Air Products investor relations Simon Moore 610-481-7461 or mooresr@airproducts.com and asking if ALYI or anyone has an exclusive license to those patent numbers listed. You can also forward them the disclosure in which ALYI claims to license these.
