I have received many questions regarding this. There is nothing that the company is aware of that would require an “e” to be placed on the security. You are correct that traditionally they are applied when there is a delinquent filing. The company has never been late on a filing since current management took over in 2016. Additionally, I have a sophisticated trading platform and I show no evidence of this. Put together, I sense that a brokerage accidentally coded the stock and that circulated.
