Our 2nd quarter ended June 30th. I seem to recall that the company has 45 days in which to file the next 10K. So somewhere around Aug 15th. So I don't think the E suffix designates an extension.
Our new poster, picasel, says that he has a Merrill Edge account, just like the tweeter. He doesn't show an E suffix. In fact, I'm not sure that suffix is still used to denote an extension. I can certainly be wrong about that, but even so, it is too early for an extension.
There is reason to hope that, depending on additional account detail in regards to the tweeter's account, we could be seeing some good news to follow. Something that I've said that I would like to see. But everything that's been coming off my keyboard lately has been speculation (just my thoughts about what I'm seeing), and I don't want to further speculate on this. I'll just reiterate that it could be good news.
On the other hand, maybe you're right. Maybe it does indicate an index change. I just haven't had the chance to see that yet.
