#144185 RE: arvitar #144178

That remains to be seen whether NNVC's lack of progress into clinical trials is due to bad luck, technical difficulties of developing a whole novel class of drugs (especially manufacturing), incompetence, or deliberate malfeasance of some sort.

Everyone is aware of Diwan's conflicts of interest and questionable business ethics, but that doesn't prove fraud or intention to defraud investors, or any illegal behavior.

People that choose to invest in NNVC believe NNVC is working on developing the drugs they say they are developing, with all the results they and others have reported about the testing of these drugs.

It's good that people can have and express their opinions one way or another, and are respectful of others' opinions.

There is no right or wrong answer, unless one knows the heart and mind of Diwan, or has some kind of proof of fraud. I haven't seen any such proof of fraud presented here or elsewhere, and choose to give him the benefit of the doubt for now, since the technology seems promising.
