It's not fraud or a scam to try to develop drugs against emerging viral pathogens. That's NNVC's whole business model - to develop antiviral nanomedicines.
NNVC really is developing or have attempted to develop drugs against influenza, ebola, coronaviruses, and herpes, with pretty good success in vitro and in animal models.
They have not been very successful thus far, but that doesn't mean they won't be successful in the future. There is no proof that their current Coronaviricide drug in development is fraudulent or a scam. Spamming the board with SEC warnings and lawyer advertisements won't change the fact that they are working on a drug against SARS2, as are hundreds of other biotech and big drug companies.
