Audits will answer all those questions / facts for you. Audits have taken much longer then anticipated because they needed to do a two year and longer full audit to be able to qualify for QB. They did not have access to any of the previous companies records or financials which were required imo and have had to work through the process. Board members "not buying stock" is one of the reasons they were "told" to walk away imo. CFO did not "walk way" either but was "sent away" imo. A solar company in NJ where the governor has shut down the state is not an excuse but a fact. Period.
