The price gets painted to 3 and the buying completely stops. That is 100% a paint job. If the buying pushed through the 3s and continued into the 4s or beyond, that would not be painting.

Painting WOFA at 0.0003 could not help avoid 100M ~ 200M shares be dumped at 0.0001 as soon as next Monday just like what happened to its peers...
