IB will love you, with all those commissions you look to be generating.

I have found that with NERS it is best to use 20 tick stop on ER. When trading woodiescciclub.com method, I used 10 ticks. So it all depends on the method. Woodie's is a short term scalping method using a very fast CCI (the 14 on the 5 min) so a smaller stop is appropriate. With NERS longer CCI method, I want a bigger stop so I am not stopped out on a relatively small wiggle.
