Yes. 10%. A control person can only sell 1% of the OS every 3 months. Our OS is 262 million so a control person would be able to sell 2.62 million shares every 3 months. At 20¢s a share that comes out to $524,000 every 3 months...at $1 a share it's $2.62 million dollars worth every 3 months.
What a control person wants is a high OS and a high price. 1% of say 1B OS is 10 million shares. Bezos can sell 10 million shares every 3 months for going price ($3,000 per share)...$30,000,000,000...every 3 months... :)
1% of a billion OS isn't worth much when your pps is $0.0003, tho, lol...
