Unfortunately we're not privy to management strategy and plans. Some things are unknowable (for us) and so I spend little time worrying about it. But I do read interesting speculations here, it covers the space of possibilities, including positive ones. Sorry, I do wish I could be more helpful.
As an aside on the Covid tests, even if it turns out to be less than dramatic in terms of its therapeutic impact (not that I expect that), it would still be interesting to get data on its impact on inflammation and other parameters they're looking at. This not a one indication technology, so any further knowledge the company gains may be useful in other areas, not to mention further proof of a good side-effects profile.
