I got a proxy for TTOO for the upcoming vote for directors etc. I read through the questions to vote on and one was an authorization to do a reverse split at at number of varying ratios. It doesn’t mean they are going to do it but there were a lot of ratios which made it seem like it was a real possibility and they could pick from one of the ones authorized. This may not matter but I wondered why they would want this now unless maybe they want to get this over a certain price to make it available to more mutual funds.
Ummmm moderna is in phase 4 and now it's been discovered stronger tcell counts allows the body to build strong antibodies which can bring immunity....Oxford had some positive results on immunity to the virus..
