Up to $150MM worth of shares. Quick read looks like it will be limited to no more than 33% of the float over a 12 month period (doesn't mean they can't sell it all on day 1).

The fact ex-Vert Capital people are running the show here is the most scary part of all. Their history is one of insider enrichment and using seemingly legit companies to run pump-n-dump and other scams.
