Curious to see how this plays out on Monday after nikla crashed hard on offering. The company has been selling shares but honestly can’t blame them after a 350% move. Plus look at what they get paid compared to other executives. Just my opinion. Could be a bear trap here.
I'm not surprised that that's the way it looks to you. The form 4 is simply a form REPORTING the buy or sell of a stock. The option to do so was made long efore that.
