Do you think he got spanked again? There were approximately 30 references in the July 14 filing referring to Perkins. Perkins this, Perkins that, Perkins doesn't understand, etc. Guess how many Perkins references there were in this final document?... ZERO! (excluding the "to" lists, and email addresses, of course) Think maybe he got the message, for once in his life?
Yes, most of the rants we heard about on this board, that were going to be unveiled in the court, ended in a fizzle. Zero discussion of hackers, zero discussion of working with the FBI, zero discussion of finding identities of people who dare post facts of message boards showing the company for what it isn't! Remember all those threats talked about here? They ended up turning out like the amount of earnings in a DECN earnings report... non existent!
As usual, lot's of hot air from our big boasting plump dim witted CEO, but little substance!
