So you would conclude that absent any known patents or patents-applied-for, eSilicon is starting at point zero to design a product for which there is no unique intellectual property. I think they call that research and development from a concept.
In the good old days, maybe an experimental laboratory like Bell Labs with unlimited funding from a teleco monopoly like AT&T might indulge such "pure" scientific inquiry. I doubt that eSilicon has tens and tens of millions of dollars of loose research money to create a silk purse from a sow's ear.
Looks like the pump-and-dump cycle is over for December 2006. The fluffy PRs were just propaganda broadcast to net a few newbies to be bagholders IMHO. There was no verifiable substantial development for RaySpoiltMyInvestment during calendar year 2006 that produced sales revenue and profits. But Da Boyz did have a Board of Directors Meeting in Hawaii on the investors' dime, didn't they. They drew high unearned compensation without performing or significantly enhancing shareholder value. I am certain that they continued to convince those who are huddled in The Cave of Unreality awaiting the Cascade of Miracles. All IMHO.
