WOW is how many lies are in that letter

This "supplemental" letter is to try to say that LEAS has never been a shell company. Which is what got Saha and Paradiso (two past LEAS attorneys banned)

https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/252280/content

They are saying that Balbot first got involved with Lieberman in 2016 to eliminate the 3 years gap when LEAS was inactive/revoked at the Wyoming SOS and wasn't doing OTC filings. Definite LIE. Let's not forget that the fake back dated debt Note was original put in a different name (PAG Group) until I busted that and they changed it to U.M.C. LLC.

They also said that LEAS started to work out a deal with that New Auto Toy Store in 2017 two years before Balbot took over the Wyoming business entity. Definite LIE. Yes they tried to work out a deal with New Auto Toy Store but not until 2019 after Balbot and Lance hijacked this shell.

And the B.S. about Marijuana Business Marketing Network is a LIE. It's a made up name for a debt Note that was issued to MJ Builders of MN LLC (Mark Miller). You know as well as I do that LEAS never did any deal with any marijuana company. We know these scammers loved to tweet about stuff that never happened and they would have tweeted that. Another LIE.

And let's not forget that the former owner of this shell (William Leiberman) has been in jail since 2018 for using LEAS, and other public shells, as a share selling scam.

I know that OTC markets is smarter than that.

This needs to be passed on to FINrA to go along with the investigation they did in 2019 before LEAS shut down their twitter account and stopped that bogus pump & dump nonsense.

I still fully expect to see Anthony Newman added to the prohibited attorney's list soon. I hope he feels like the couple thousands bucks he got from Balbot and Miller was worth it.
