Wrong. SECI didn’t request a jury, in October 2019, one year after the Dutro’s requested the summary judgement and lost, the judge ruled both trials will be by jury.

Then the Dutro’s filed to remove the jury and it was granted. Who needs to remove the jury if they are innocent?

Go SECI. Do the Dutro’s really believe no one has noticed? Perhaps that’s why their registered agent dropped them?

So I ask again, who is scared? PA and SECI? As the plaintiffs?

Or the Dutro’s who had to throw more money to get the jury removed?
