well from a lawyers prospective.. this is wrong..

1.) the share structure stays the same from before and after.. lol so that's wrong. both say 2bil the after should be adjusted to 100mil

2.) the date says "as at" 7-7-2020 it should say "as of"


Hard for me to believe that this is real.imo
