Yes, and among others, the best known of the people who are saying that is the SEC, which prompted them to suspend trading and ban this POS to the gray sheets!

Second, is the "media outlets" don't "lie". They report what they are told. So when Berman leads them on, they report his bull. The media does not evaluate CEO's statements.

Hold on one second.The media outlets are just reporting what Keith Berman says to them! No one is implying THEY are lying. Failing in their fact checking? Yes. For sure. But deliberately lying? Not quite.

And as for Berman... it's not case of us implying Berman is lying.
Because I - for one - am quite clearly STATING it!
KEITH BERMAN IS A LIAR!.

And I am stating it because there is verifiable evidence to support it! (unlike any of the claims he has made about Genviro to date!)
And the SEC agrees with ME that Keith Berman is a liar!
The stock was suspended because of his false and misleading statements in press releases.

And by the way, the assertions he made in his swornresponse to the SEC about hacking of the Pharmatech solutions website (by a cabal of detractors/conspirators) was a total fabrication!
