I do not know if the law is the same in every state, but I have to provide the proof of my degree. My employer cannot request from the school to confirm. An internet search will not find the degree. They cannot call the registrar to confirm without my consent. Might be the same in every state. BUT, anyone can look up my CV and find me and the degree I claim to have. It does not prove I have that degree but I can prove it upon the request of the employer.
It would be preposterous to refute the Alumni Association at University of Utah highlighting NP when he was named as CEO of CytoDyn. Universities don’t publish “fake” Ph.D acknowledgements do they?
So the university is going help perpetuate a fraud? The SEC will allow him to perpetuate a fraud?
Funny the university linked the story. I guess everyone is involved in a massive conspiracy to propel an HIV/COVID and hopefully cancer drug to benefit humankind?
